This research aims to analyze the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in supporting digital transformation and enhancing corporate sustainability in industrial economic units, The research problem lies in the fact that many industrial economic units, including the Baghdad Soft Drinks Factory, still face numerous challenges related to the weak investment in smart and modern technologies to improve operational, environmental, and social performance efficiency. This limits their ability to achieve sustainable development. The most prominent of these challenges are high production costs, poor energy and resource utilization efficiency, and the lack of effective integration between digital transformation initiatives and corporate sustainability. Therefore, this research aims to study and analyze how AI technologies can be employed to support digital transformation processes, thereby contributing to enhancing the dimensions of corporate sustainability and achieving a balance between its various aspects (economic, environmental, social), This research was conducted field-based at the Baghdad Soft Drinks Factory to analyze the extent of adoption of smart and modern technologies in production and service processes. The researcher concluded that adopting AI within the framework of digital transformation effectively contributes to improving resource utilization efficiency, reducing waste and losses, and enhancing operational transparency, ultimately leading to improved performance.
