This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) equity inflows into India across key sectors from the early 2000s to the 2024-25. By synthesizing data from parliamentary documents and government visualizations, the study identifies significant trends, growth patterns, and volatilities in sectors such as Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Power, Telecommunications, and Agriculture. The findings reveal a shifting landscape of investor confidence, highlighting sectors that have emerged as stable attractors of capital versus those experiencing significant fluctuations.
