Aravind Krishnan R, E Muthukumar, Sreeja J and Kavya T

This study explores the relationship between employee engagement and employee retention, emphasizing how an engaged workforce contributes to reduced turnover rates and long-term organizational stability. Engaged employees demonstrate higher levels of commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction, which foster loyalty and minimize the desire to leave the organization. Furthermore, effective engagement strategies such as recognition, career development opportunities, supportive leadership, and a positive work culture strengthen employees’ emotional connection with their workplace. The findings highlight that organizations investing in employee engagement not only improve productivity and morale but also significantly enhance retention levels, ultimately contributing to sustainable growth and performance.
